hey chen, to be honest it's been a long time since i've looked at any matisse - i happen to recall though he was a fan of making stuff really flat, and maximizing line economy to the point of using a lot of implied line.. do you see some similarity in this to his work?
The lats, mid sectino, ass, right leg, is great. 4 lines, where they need to be, and over lapping for depth. The far right rib cage how ever, tsk, tsk, tsk. Thats a stew move there, to simple.
